Hidden Markov Models और Regime Switching
Hidden regimes, transition matrices, emission distributions, filtering, smoothing, state decoding
Filtering अभी उपलब्ध data से current regime probability estimate करता है; smoothing future observations से historical probabilities revise करता है; Viterbi decoding सबसे likely state path चुनता है। Regimes model labels हैं, सीधे observed market facts नहीं, और उनकी उपयोगिता emission choice, persistence, state count, structural stability और real-time performance पर निर्भर है।
Regime एक discrete latent state है
Continuous latent trend के विपरीत, HMM state हर date पर finite set of labels में से एक लेती है।
Markov property कहती है कि current state ज्ञात होने पर next state's distribution पूरे past के बजाय current state पर निर्भर करती है।
Transitions persistence
Standard time-homogeneous HMM में implied state duration geometric distribution follow करती है।
Estimation states
Regime probability declaration
Regime evidence auditable
Variables, frequency, preprocessing, state count, emission family, transition matrix, initialization, local-optimum searches और parameter uncertainty report करें।
Filtered और smoothed probabilities, expected durations, state overlap, forecast scores, classification revisions और sample endpoints की sensitivity दिखाएं।
Smoothed regimes live signals
Stability, fit, interpretability, rare-state size और out-of-sample performance compare करें।
Transition probability
यह current state के conditional next state की model probability देती है और diagonal values persistence नियंत्रित करती हैं।
