How Mark prepares and reviews Learn

The sourcing, review, correction, example, and translation standards behind Mark Learn

Purpose and responsibility

Mark publishes Learn to explain option mechanics and conditional calculations, not to recommend a trade or predict a market result. Mark is responsible for the published text and its corrections.

Sources

Articles favor primary material from exchanges, clearing organizations, regulators, tax authorities, and official investor education. The sources used for an article appear beside it. A citation supports a specific claim and does not imply that the source endorses Mark.

Review dates

The displayed date records the latest substantive content review or revision. It is not a claim of continuous market validation or approval by an unnamed expert. A named reviewer will be shown only when that review has actually occurred.

Examples and market data

Educational assumptions are labeled as hypothetical. Market examples identify the contract, observation time, quote type, and important limitations when those facts are available. A midpoint, mark, model value, and executable price are not treated as interchangeable.

Translations

Localized articles keep the same claim boundaries and source trail as the primary article. Financial terminology can vary by market and broker, so the cited source and contract terms control when a translation is ambiguous.

Corrections

Readers can report a factual, translation, or source issue to hello@trymark.app. Mark reviews reproducible issues against the cited material and updates the article and review date when the published explanation changes.
